Information

The OGC big air handle is designed with feedback from the world's best big air riders like Andrea and Cohan to provide them with the most premium yet performant design possible.

The handles have a 30mm thick diameter. The ribbed version is the most comfortable and has supreme grip, while the octagonal version feels more stable and is shaped similar to a tennis racket.

All handles get the customer’s information embedded in the design, so your board can allways find its way back to you in case you lose it. The handles have a 30mm thick round grip for maximal comfort and control, similarly shaped to a tennis racket.

What's in the bag:
All handles come with 30mm M6 hex screws, washers, and rubber baseplates for scratch prevention included.

Disclaimer (1) - Durability:
Each handle is custom printed to order, so finalising your order may take up to two weeks. They are printed in PETG, a material known for its toughness, durability and UV resistance which makes it the quality standard for similar 3D printed handle brands.

However, compared to injection-molded plastic (standard mass produced handles), 3D printed objects are inherently more fragile because of their layered structure. The handles are designed to withstand normal use on the water, including occasional crashes, but should not be dropped on hard surfaces.

Disclaimer (2) - Compatability:
The size chart only infers geometric compatability, and does not mean these brands support the use of 3rd party handles on their boards. Specifically boards from the brands Carved and Lieuwe are known to (in general) be able to get damaged by use of 3rd party handles as they were designed with soft, flexible handles in mind. This can either lead to inserts coming loose, or the board cracking in extreme cases. We are working on solving this problem, which is why the handles come with flexible padding to absorb shocks, but cannot provide any guarantees.

To provide you with affordable shipping rates at our current low scale we work with mondial-relay for EU shipping, which may require you to pick up the package at a pickup point close to your address.

Engineered to flex

As the board flexes during heavy landings, the handle is designed to flex with it. This improves the handle’s durability while reducing strain on the board.

All models feature strategic cutouts that enhance flexibility, along with thick rubber padding to absorb impacts and allow slight movement under load.

Spice things up with a flashy color to truly make it yours.

It is much easier to spot, grab and catch the handle if it has a flashy color, so get creative!

Grip

As the printed plastic gets slippery when wet, we add a high quality rubber grip. It is a shrink-fit fully enclosed tube so it cannot move or come off, and it feels super comfortable and grippy.

Craftsmanship

The handles are designed and produced by Oliver Ghysen - competitive big air rider and mechanical engineer.

We take pride in our craftsmanship, so all edges are smoothed, we use the best materials, tape is sealed with glue, .. These little details make all the difference.
