Information

The OGC big air handle was designed with input from the world’s best big air riders, such as Andrea and Cohan, to create the most premium and high-performance design possible.

Each handle incorporates the customer’s details into the design, so your board will always find its way back to you if you lose it. The handles feature a 30 mm thick round grip for maximum comfort and control, similar to a tennis racket.

What’s included:
All handles come with 30 mm M6 Allen screws, washers, and rubber base plates to prevent scratches.

Disclaimer (1) - Durability:
Each handle is printed to order, so processing your order may take up to two weeks. They are printed in PETG, a material known for its toughness, durability, and UV resistance, making it the industry standard for comparable brands of 3D-printed handles.

Compared to injection-molded plastic (standard mass production), 3D-printed objects are inherently more fragile due to their layered structure. The handles are designed for normal use on the water, including the occasional fall, but do not drop them onto hard surfaces.

Disclaimer (2) - Compatibility:
The size chart indicates only geometric compatibility and does not imply that these brands endorse the use of third-party handles on their boards. Boards from Carved and Lieuwe, in particular, are known to be susceptible (in general) to damage from third-party handles, as they are designed for soft, flexible handles. This can cause inserts to come loose or, in extreme cases, the board to crack. We are working on a solution, which is why the handles come with flexible padding that absorbs shocks, but we cannot offer any guarantees.

Made to bend with you

Since your board flexes during hard landings, the handle is designed to flex along with it. This makes the handle more durable and puts less strain on your board.

All models feature strategic cutouts that increase flexibility, as well as thick rubber pads that absorb shocks and allow for a little movement under load.

Grip

Since the printed plastic becomes slippery when wet, we've added a high-quality rubber grip. It's a fully enclosed heat-shrink sleeve, so it can't slip or come loose, and it feels super comfortable and grippy.

Craftsmanship

The handles are designed and made by Oliver Ghysen, a competitive big-air rider and mechanical engineer.

We take pride in our craftsmanship: all edges are rounded, we use the best materials, the tape is glued down... Those little details make all the difference.

What stands out most is how it feels in your hand—it just gives you so much confidence when you’re taking the board off. It’s perfect for board flips, tic tacs, and any board-off tricks where having a secure, comfortable grip really matters.

The build quality is excellent; it’s rock solid, and you can tell it’s built to last. After trying so many different handles, this is the one I’d choose every time. If you’re into big air and board-offs, I can’t recommend it highly enough.
