Surge prefers to receive returned products in their original packaging. Would you like to return the product? If so, please keep the packaging in good condition and leave the label on for now.

As you can understand, we only accept returns of unused and/or undamaged items. For example, you may try on a wetsuit or accessories, but if you’ve visibly taken these products to the beach or into the water (or if they show other signs of use), we can no longer accept them. We also value honesty. Have you tried a product, but found that it isn’t right for you? Please contact us (Maurice@surgekitestore.com), and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Items that are custom-made specifically for you cannot be returned (Surge Apparel).

As soon as we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
