Warranty
Is something broken? That's never fun. Do you think you're eligible for a warranty? Read on to find out how to file a warranty claim and when you're eligible.
Under normal use, the product you purchased should not break within a year.
Surge is not responsible for your warranty, but we are your point of contact for reviewing warranty options with the manufacturer.
How to File a Warranty Claim
STEP 1: Send an email to Maurice
Add:
• A few photos: two or three photos clearly showing the damage or defect, one of the entire product, and one of the serial number, if there is one.
• Your order number (found in your account).
• A description of the damage or defect.
STEP 2: We'll check with the supplier to see if it's covered by the warranty.
Based on the photos, we can determine whether it is covered under warranty.
Surge reimburses shipping costs for warranty claims within the EU. Shipping costs from outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
If it’s not immediately clear whether the issue is covered by warranty, we may ask you to send the product to us for further investigation.
STEP 3: We'll get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable solution.
Is your product covered by the warranty? If so, what happens next?
Yes: if the product can be repaired, we'll repair it. Otherwise, we'll replace it.
No: If the issue isn't covered by the warranty but the product can still be repaired, we'll offer to do so at a reasonable price.
Maurice will get right to work and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible!
