Terms and Conditions

Surge operates on the basis of trust and open communication with its clients. With that in mind, we have put our approach in writing. We ask that you read this carefully. Do you have any questions? Feel free to call or email us. We’re here to help.

First and foremost: When do these agreements apply?

  • When you, as a consumer, visit our website and place an order in our online store.
  • We are a Belgian company, which means that Belgian law applies.
  • Surge may update these terms from time to time. We therefore recommend that you review this page occasionally when you place a new order.

Payments

In our online store, you can pay using various payment methods, such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. The available options vary by country of delivery.

Delivery

  • If a package has already been shipped and you decide in the meantime to cancel the order—meaning you won't accept the package—Surge may deduct the shipping costs from the amount we refund to you.

Returns

Are you unhappy with your purchase from our online store? That's too bad, but don't worry. At Surge, you can return the product within 14 days. We'll explain how it works here.

Surge prefers to receive returned products in their original packaging. Would you like to return the product? If so, please keep the packaging in good condition and leave the label on for now.

As you can understand, we only accept returns of unused and/or undamaged items. For example, you may try on a wetsuit or accessories, but if you’ve visibly taken these products to the beach or into the water (or if they show other signs of use), we can no longer accept them. We also value honesty. Have you tried out a product, but found that it isn’t right for you? Please contact us (Maurice@surge-sport.com), and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Items that are custom-made specifically for you cannot be returned (Surge Apparel).

As soon as we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used for your purchase.
