Core SLC Fuselage

Our CNC-milled fuselage features smoothly rounded edges for improved water flow over the wing and stabilizer. We’ve maximized the contact surface with the wing to reduce twist and improve stiffness, performance, and water flow. The area between the wing and the mast has been optimized to minimize torsion. Behind the mast, the top of the fuselage is concave to improve water drainage. The wing angles are adjusted so that the fuselage lies streamlined at normal cruising speed, providing extra glide during turns and maneuvers.
We use anodized 6063 aluminum for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. The stainless steel Torx screws are all the same length, making them interchangeable, and easier to tighten without damaging the head.
