Most of our Sooruz wetsuits are made from Oysterprene.
But what on earth is that?

OYSTERPRENE is used in our most flexible and highest-performing neoprene materials.

In this process, the limestone in the neoprene is replaced by a natural, recycled, and renewable filler made from ground oyster shells.

This way, the technical performance of our products remains the same, while their environmental footprint is reduced, without increasing the price for the customer.

To further this eco-friendly approach, Sooruz has decided to make Oysterprene accessible to everyone.

Since 2021, the best-selling FIGHTER and DIVINE series have also contained oyster shell powder.

Since 2023, the FLY+ has been made from Oysterprene.
